East Rd nr Newmarket Rd roundabout. Cars parked on lay-by force cyclists out of MCL into main traffic where cars/vans/buses/lorries frequently exceeding 30 miles /h speed limit tend to invade the lane due to a bend. The bay allows 30 minutes parking. The picture was taken at 13:32 hrs and the car was still in the same obstructing position at 18:40 hrs.
