MCL on East Rd. Due to inappropriate design of the lay-by cyclist get pushed into Ring Road traffic (dangerous) or onto pavement (illegal). Note the prolonged bend which leave cars coming from the roundabout out of sight. Cars, lorries vans and buses travel at 30 m/h at this location.
