Church road and old Malden lane ( they join at the kingston/ Epsom boundary) is an absolute nighymare. Cyclists and cats competing on difficult bends on a very tight toaf and it’s often used as a fast cut through when the A3 is closed. Solution: It needs to be one way with a cycle way and pedestrian pavement all the way to the Hogsmill tavern
