Why not close Victoria road to all except buses and cycles, this would make the street safer and calmer, I’d also ban all the mopeds from deliveroo, uber eats and just eat from the borough as they often block footpaths and the riders leave a mess outside popular takeaways, McDonald’s, kfc etc.
