New signs have gone up in St Andrews Street showing for the first time evidence that you can point someone to to say cyclists *are* allowed to cycle southbound.
The grey line is part of the sign painted out. I suspect it has a white line underneath which suggests they may be about to mark out a contraflow lane when the footway is finished, though the Cycling Campaign hasn't been consulted about this.
