Cars are allowed to park over the pavement making it an in hospitable environment for pedestrians and dangerous for cyclists as vehciles exit their parking space without checking properly/having a good view of the road due to parked vehicles on the road as well. Time to enforce the fact that there is no permitted parking on these shop frontages.
