Remove the cones under the railway bridge before September: The cones to promote cycling and social distancing have been a disaster - especially for cyclists. In reducing road capacity back to levels of 1859, woefully inadequate by the 1950s, we now have a 2 mile tailback from the A24 to the A3. Unless these cones are removed before the local schools reopen in early September, we will have a serious environmental hazard of idling traffic running from New Malden to Cheam!
