Sign which measures the speed of approaching vehicles and displays it. This car is travelling at 43 km/h in a 50 km/h speed limit zone. That's a little lower than average. Very few exceed 51 km/h in this location.
There is an obsolete type of cycle lane the other side of the blue car which can be seen in the accompanying video as it turns into a better quality cycle path. This is all to be upgraded this year, leaving the city free of the lower quality old provision.
Note also how cars give way in both directions at the junction.
