The car centric layout with very narrow, segregated cycleways on Rauhehorst (Spoke of the wheel around Oldenburg) is from 2003. The terrible crossing on this 50km/h (30mph) road by a primary school was apparently added around arround 2014 (Querungshilfen sind im Rauhehorst (Höhe Babenend)). See also #178750
