Cambridgeshire Police Scientific Support unit parked in a mandatory cycle lane (MCL). Officer had just returned to the car to fill in forms. There was plenty of space (see #19172) to park the car with number plates AF52 VMO without blocking the MCL. Incident #CC-20102009-0156
