Third afternoon in a row BMW T387 HTR is blocking the Cycle and Bus Lane right before a bus stop on Milton Road. This means that buses can't use the bay and can't even get close to the kerb. It also signals to visitors of the shops that it seems ok to park in the bus & cycle lane. Reported as incident CC-03062010-0458.
