LL04 GYA (rather grubby reg plate but that's the joy of long-distance typefaces): the driver who overtook me because I was obeying the law ([1] and [2] --> [3]). He subsequently blocked the box junction but traffic was still able to flow, as seen at the right-hand side of the frame. Note also KV04 KEN.
