Since building work started at Coleridge College, selfish parents have taken to using the mandatory cycle lanes that bypass the chicane / speed cushion as a place to park.

Here car reg NA06WWL at 9am on 4/2/11.

The people most at risk from this selfish behaviour are the classmates of their own children.

The police have been asked to take action.
