Parcelforce van LK08 EPO parked in the Regent Street southbound mandatory cycle lane, Cambridge. Anyone who knows this part of town knows that there's a loading bay to the photographer's right and, on this occasion, the loading bay was empty. The driver had/has no reason to inconvenience cyclists turning left onto Regent Terrace like this. Shambolic.
