In April 2013 some road in Orchard Park (e.g. Cornell Court, Sweetpeas Way etc) had not been finished.

The entrance to Cornell Court a features "cul-de-sac" sign - #48528, as at other place in Orchard Park an "except cyclists" needs to be added. Bicycles are vehicles and the cul-de-sac is permeable for bicycles and pedestrians.
