I'm riding along a road made single width by parked cars. I've already established my position on the right side of the road having passed many vehicles. A car approaches from the other end of the parked cars. Rather than wait a few seconds the driver decides to drive at me and mount the pavement. This is breaking the same law as people cycling on the pavement, and is statistically massively more dangerous.
