Interestingly, 2 days after this happened on a bike, I had the same treatment whilst in my car (at a completely different junction). The other driver seemed to be shouting that they had the priority!
If anything this shows there are many drivers who may not remember the legal priorities at junctions. It's maybe too long since they had any lessons or took a test. Would we accept this lack of knowledge in any other case of heavy machine use? No.
