Zigzag cycle stands taken out and FOLDED up (see #60894), to make space for the city centre fair. This should be easier to install and remove and less likely to flip over. These stands are bespoke for the City of Oldenburg: © "Stadt Oldenburg, Oliver Reiners" and are ideal to separate an area of slower traffic (pedestrians) from faster moving traffic, see #50083.
