Zigzag cycle stands taken out and FOLDED up (see #60894), to make space for the annual city centre fair. This should be easier to install and remove and less likely to flip over. These stands are bespoke for the City of Oldenburg: © "Stadt Oldenburg, Oliver Reiners" and are ideal to separate an area of slower traffic (pedestrians) from faster moving traffic, see #50083.
