This vehicle was parked outside the Rat and Parrot for over 2 hours between 8:30 and 10:30, and despite requests no police action was taken. Stopping in this section of Downing Street is very dangerous, and here even pedestrians were force into the road. Repeat offences seem likely as apparently a change in ownership is occurring
