Racks opposite New Malden station are full but there's plenty of space for more!
Stainless steel cycle racks - end ones have a tapping rail so that people with visual impairments using a stick can detect them.
I think these handle shaped wall fixings are for bikes.

Quite astonishing lack of any specific cycle parking in the 2 km from London Rd to Elm Rd despite many small parades of shops and several big-box stores; very many bollards and some guard rails.

Bike parking is needed at the eastern end of Old London Road near to Jaxx caffe and Teh Fighting Cocks pub. There is no where to safely park your bike in this part of town. Bike parking would support additional trade. Why not put stands in
Kingston University fitness centre appears to not have any bike parking. People leave their bikes on top of a low wall chained to railings. There is car parking here. Would make sense to reallocate some of the car parking space to covered

New student accommodation has been built on this site with appalling bike parking provision in Water Lane. Please provide some bike parking at the front of the premises where there is surveillance and it's convenient for users, not around
Kingston Bridge foot by TK Maxx. This is a very popular location for bike parking. On some days all the available space is used. Additional parking in this area would be helpful. Thank you.
The Bentall Centre is a huge shopping centre containing 75 shops. It has associated 1,900 car parking spaces and NO convenient bicycle parking on the premises. How can that be in 2016?
